The Frilled-Neck Lizard is a very well-known lizard of Australia. You could say it is famous. It lives in the northern part of Australia and is very quick when climbing trees in the bush. The frill around its neck is like a skin and when it feels like it is in danger or is going to be attacked it raises the small frill around its neck into a huge frill therefore to bluff whatever is trying to attack it.

During the dry season the Frill-Neck lizard spends a lot of its time up in the tree branches, coming down sometimes when it rains. When they are frightened or chasing something, they actually run on their two back legs making it a bit of a funny site to see. The Frill-Neck is quite fast as a mater of fact, and they don’t give up easily, that’s the Aussie Frill-Neck Lizard for you. They are one of a kind!

HOW TO MEASURE:
1/2 Chest / Width
Check your chest width by running a tape measure from your left armpit to your right armpit.

Length
Using a tape measure, determine the length by of your torso starting at the top of your shoulder closest to your neck and ending at the start of your crotch.
Waist Width

Check your waist width by running a tape measure from the left side of your waist to the right side.
Hip Width

Check your hip width by running a tape measure from the left side of your hip to the right side.

Please note. Measurements can vary within 2.5cm, this is within our tolerance.
